Circumstances of Alleged Breaches

On 13 December 2021 at Bromley Magistrates’ Court, former MSC Taylor pleaded guilty to fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely that he submitted duplicate expense claims intending to make a gain for himself to the value of £10,051.

On cthe 21st March 2022 at Woolwich Crown Court, he was sentenced to 8 months’ imprisonment (suspended for 12 months), ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work, and pay a victim surcharge of £140.
