Just In: Kent Police Officer Facing Probe After Non-Consensual Touching Claims

A Kent Police officer will face a misconduct hearing over non-consensual touching allegations

PC 14880 Thomas Hall is alleged to have engaged in non-consensual sexual touching of another police officer that was sexual in nature whilst the officers were staying overnight in a hotel in July of 2020.

If the allegations are found proven as gross misconduct the officer could ultimately face losing his job and being placed on the College of Policing Barred List preventing him from working in law enforcement

The hearing will be held on 23rd February 2022 at Kent Police Headquarters.
