A Metropolitan Police officer allegedly asked his sports massage therapist to have sex with him before undoing her bra through her clothing and taunting her when she became frightened, a misconduct hearing is due to be told.
PC David Brown faces allegations of gross misconduct over an incident said to have taken place following a massage session on March 27, 2025.
His misconduct hearing is due to begin today (14 September) at the Misconduct Hearings Suite at Empress State Building in West Brompton, London.
According to the misconduct notice, PC Brown had attended a session with his sports massage therapist in a treatment room in the garden of her home.
As the session came to an end, he allegedly asked the woman to have sex with him and told her: “Act as though you want to have sex with me.”
It is alleged that PC Brown then took hold of her hands, pulled her towards him and hugged her.
During the hug, he is accused of undoing her bra through her clothing without her knowledge.
After the woman pulled away, PC Brown allegedly told her: “You haven’t even noticed that I’ve just unhooked your bra.”
The notice states that when she sat down to fasten it again, he allegedly said: “Look at you, all shit scared, pathetic, trying to get your bra done up.”
PC Brown is accused of breaching the police Standard of Professional Behaviour relating to Discreditable Conduct.
The allegations have not yet been proved.
The force says the alleged conduct, if established, would amount to gross misconduct — conduct sufficiently serious to justify dismissal.
