Summary

Two Wiltshire Police officers have today been given written warnings following a public Misconduct Hearing.

The hearing considered two allegations against PC Andrew List; the first relating to alleged aggressive and intimidating comments on or around 25 September 2020.

The hearing also considered alleged discriminatory comments made on 15 December 2020.

It also considered three allegations against PC Matoyizi Katsande relating to alleged discriminatory comments made between June and December 2020.

The misconduct hearing, chaired by an independent Legally Qualified Chair, concluded that one of the two allegations were proven against PC List and one was partially found. He was given a written warning.

The Chair also concluded that one of the three allegations were proven against PC Katsande and he was given a written warning.
