PC Kelly (1647) – Lancashire Constabulary,
It is alleged that PC Kelly and PC McLachlan have attended a reported incident and that both have used excessive force, which was not necessary, proportionate or reasonable.
It is further alleged that PC Kelly used behaviour and language towards a member of the public, which was or could be perceived to be abusive, oppressive and offensive.
It is alleged that PC Kelly and PC McLachlan failed to carry out their duties and responsibilities to the best of their ability by being aware of Body Worn Video footage and failing to take steps to ensure it was disclosed during criminal proceedings.
It is also alleged that PC McLachlan entered false information regarding a charging decision on an internal document with the CPS.
In light of the stated conduct, it is alleged that PC Kelly breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Use of Force, Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Honesty and/or Integrity and Duties and Responsibilities. It is alleged that PC McLachlan has breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Use of Force, Honesty and/or Integrity, Duties and Responsibilities and Challenging and reporting improper behaviour.

AB (NB23) – Northumbria Police,
The alleged conduct of Officer AB is summarised below:
- Officer AB engaged in inappropriate, flirtatious and/or sexualised communications, both on and off duty, with six junior members of female police staff.
- Officer AB engaged in sexual relationships with two female junior members of police staff, which he failed to disclose to Northumbria Police and one of the female staff members had previously been his mentee.
- Officer AB intentionally touched a female member of police staff at her and his place of work. The female member of police staff had not consented to the touching and nor had Officer AB taken any or any adequate steps to ascertain whether she so consented.
- Officer AB accessed data from police systems, without a legitimate policing purpose for doing so, on three occasions between October 2020 and April 2021.
