It is alleged that, on 15 May 2021, PC Touceda intentionally sent an unsolicited explicit image to a member of the public who was a former Met colleague.

PC Jamal Dickinson     –     Cambridgeshire Constabulary,

On 05/03/2022 a Snapchat account registered to PC Jamal Dickinson uploaded a Category A indecent video of a child, this video is illegal to possess or distribute.

On 16/04/2022 Jamal Dickinson was in possession of a laptop which contained 15x images and videos of an extreme pornographic nature, these are illegal to possess.

On 2 October 2021, whilst off-duty in Keswick Town Centre, the officer touched the buttocks of an adult female with his hand. The touching was,
a) intentional,
b) sexual; and
c) without the consent of the adult female.
It is further alleged that this conduct if proven, breaches the standards referred to above, amounts to Gross Misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.

In August 2016, whilst serving with GMP, PC Beazley attended to a report of a domestic incident involving Ms A and her ex-partner. It is alleged that PC Beazley continued to contact Ms A and a sexual relationship commenced. It is believed the officer abused his position for a sexual purpose.

On the 25th January 2020 whilst on duty, PC Wien drove a marked police vehicle using blue lights and sirens when he had no authority to do so. PC Wien drove in excess of the speed limit, mounted the curb and lost control of the police vehicle, crashing into street furniture.

Following this incident PC Wien gave a dishonest account in relation to the cause of the collision.

It is alleged that during the evening of 27 January 2020 PC Murphy asked former PC Lewis to send her a photograph of a decomposed corpse stating she wanted to show her mother, following which former PC Lewis sent the photograph on WhatsApp. Between 27 January 2020 and 23 June 2020 then failed to challenge or report this behaviour for almost five months.

It is also alleged that On 26 March 2020 PC Murphy was due to take her police ‘Basic Driver’ written exam. On 24 March 2020 former PC Lewis sent PC Murphy WhatsApp messages asking her if she wanted the ‘answers’ to the exam and PC Murphy replied that she did.

It is alleged that former PC Lewis then forwarded copies of previous police driving exam material and documents relating to police driving exams to PC Murphy.

On 25 March 2020 former PC Lewis used WhatsApp to send PC Murphy the exam answer sheet that he had used in his exam on 6 February and the two officers discussed how PC Murphy would know if her exam was the same one that PC Lewis had taken.

A set of plain epaulettes
A set of case papers and interview discs relating to the investigation of an offence by PC Agalliu which concluded in December 2019.
A large number of cannabis plants under cultivation
