PS Bartrum – Ministry of Defence Police,
PS Bartrum will answer allegations that they breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour set out in Schedule 3 to the Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct, Performance and Appeals Tribunals) Regulations 2020.
It is alleged that on 9 January 2021 PS Bartrum sent messages to his former partner threatening to burn her possessions if she did not collect them. On 11 January 2021 PS Bartrum’s former partner attended his property to collect her possessions. PS Bartrum spoke abusively to his former partner and one of his housemates, and acted aggressively towards his former partner inside the property. Later, he went outside the property where he spoke abusively to his former partner and pushed her in the shoulder, causing her to move backwards.

In 2019 the officer was involved in an alleged incident off duty with his then partner. During the investigation it was disclosed that the officer had displayed controlling and coercive behaviour towards his partner. In August 2022 he was convicted at St Albans Crown Court and sentenced at the same court in September 2022.

On or around the 12th of February 2021, PC Phillip 1903 Taylor possessed an extreme pornographic video.
On 01st July 2022, PC 1903 Phillip Taylor received an adult caution for possession of an extreme pornographic video.
The above conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Discreditable Conduct and amounts to Gross Misconduct.

On 05/03/2022 a Snapchat account registered to PC Jamal Dickinson uploaded a Category A indecent video of a child, this video is illegal to possess or distribute.
On 16/04/2022 Jamal Dickinson was in possession of a laptop which contained 15x images and videos of an extreme pornographic nature, these are illegal to possess.

On 2 October 2021, whilst off-duty in Keswick Town Centre, the officer touched the buttocks of an adult female with his hand. The touching was,
a) intentional,
b) sexual; and
c) without the consent of the adult female.
It is further alleged that this conduct if proven, breaches the standards referred to above, amounts to Gross Misconduct and is so serious as to justify dismissal.

On the 25th January 2020 whilst on duty, PC Wien drove a marked police vehicle using blue lights and sirens when he had no authority to do so. PC Wien drove in excess of the speed limit, mounted the curb and lost control of the police vehicle, crashing into street furniture.
Following this incident PC Wien gave a dishonest account in relation to the cause of the collision.

body armour belonging to PC Agalliu
A set of handcuffs
A set of plain epaulettes
A set of case papers and interview discs relating to the investigation of an offence by PC Agalliu which concluded in December 2019.
A large number of cannabis plants under cultivation
