Allegation 1
That, on 26 January 2021, PC Walsh Beasley failed to provide effective safeguarding to a vulnerable victim of crime following the report of a domestic abuse incident.

Allegation 2
That PC Walsh Beasley failed to provide effective safeguarding to a child or children who were involved within a domestic incident between the parents on January 26 2021.

Allegation 3
That PC Walsh Beasley failed to demonstrate professional curiosity and follow up on reasonable lines of enquiry in relation to the above incident.

Allegation 4
That PC Walsh Beasley did not comply with the Hertfordshire Constabulary Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in regard to domestic abuse, including but not limited to use of Body Worn Video, use of police intelligence systems and investigative opportunities.

Allegation 5

That PC Walsh Beasley provided false or misleading information to her senior officer when discussing the events of the domestic incident to which she had attended.

Allegation 6

That PC Walsh Beasley used foul and abusive language towards another PC A in a public place, outside “Be At One, Covent Garden”, on Monday 9 August 2021.

Allegation 7

That PC Walsh Beasley pushed PC A whilst at a work social event outside “Be At One, Covent Garden”, on Monday 9 August 2021.

PC 932 Mike McDermott     –     Hertfordshire Constabulary,

Allegation 1
That, on 26 January 2021, PC McDermott failed to provide effective safeguarding to a vulnerable victim of crime following the report of a domestic abuse incident.

The breaches relate to an incident on 29 January 2022 in which he acted inappropriately with colleagues while socializing off duty.

PC David Hoar     –     Devon & Cornwall Police,

1) Conducted a sexual relationship with a female complainant of domestic abuse,
2) Deleted evidence of the relationship from a mobile phone.
3) Lied during a formal interview into his conduct,
4) instructed the female not to tell the truth about the relationship.
5) purchased a further mobile phone and used it to continue to contact the female having
been told not to have contact with her.
6) Meeting with the female and telling her to delete messages relating to the relationship
having been told not to meet her.
7) Having a sexual relationship with the female when under investigation by the police
professional standards department.
8) making ( non-physical) threats to the female should she tell the professional standards
department of the police about the relationship.
9) Re instigating the relationship when under investigation by the IOPC.

PC Anthony Nash     –     Metropolitan Police Service,

On 1 May 2021 PC Nash is alleged to have punched an unmarked police car causing damage. He subsequently falsely informed his supervisor that the damage occurred accidentally, before admitting to punching the vehicle.

Police Constable Owura Kodua-Adyekum, based at Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection, will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:

On 14 June 2022 PC Kodua-Agyekum provided a sample of urine for testing, the sample tested positive for cocaine and benzoylecgonine.

PS Bartrum will answer allegations that they breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour set out in Schedule 3 to the Ministry of Defence Police (Conduct, Performance and Appeals Tribunals) Regulations 2020.

It is alleged that on 9 January 2021 PS Bartrum sent messages to his former partner threatening to burn her possessions if she did not collect them. On 11 January 2021 PS Bartrum’s former partner attended his property to collect her possessions. PS Bartrum spoke abusively to his former partner and one of his housemates, and acted aggressively towards his former partner inside the property. Later, he went outside the property where he spoke abusively to his former partner and pushed her in the shoulder, causing her to move backwards.
