It is alleged that on or around 22/03/2021 PC ALLEN uploaded and (therefore distributed) to Google 6 Category A – C Indecent Images/videos of children. An email address attributable to PC ALLEN was used to facilitate this.

SCI Andrew Whitworth – On the night of 16th – 17th October 2021 whilst off duty and socialising with Special Police colleagues in Derby town centre, it is alleged that Specials Chief Inspector Whitworth pinched the bottom of a fellow female Special Constable.

He knowingly provided false and misleading information in his application to become a constable with Sussex police and for the purpose of vetting.
He stole a controlled substance, diazepam, which was evidence in a live criminal investigation, from police property and falsified evidence bags to seek to hide his actions.
He engaged in a sexual act with a member of police staff, Female A, at Brighton Police station.

It is alleged Courtney Cooper used Cocaine (Class A controlled substance) on 3-5 occasions between the summers of 2020-2021 and Ketamine (Class B Controlled substance) on 11/07/2020. These drugs were consumed in company with others (non-police) who are aware of your drug use and the fact that you were a serving Police Officer at the time.

It is alleged that on 13 May 2020 the officers conducted a stop and search of a male without any genuine or objectively reasonable grounds to do so. It is alleged that the decision to stop and search and the conduct of the search was inappropriately influenced by the male’s race. It is alleged that PC Lovelock used force on the male that was not necessary, proportionate or reasonable in the circumstances in order to detain and search him.
