Allegation 1
Between 06 March 2021 and 07 March 2021, PC 1191 Sarah Henderson acted dishonestly and acted in a manner likely to bring discredit on the police service, in that she sent three anonymous emails to a member of the public that made accusations of infidelity, which PC Henderson either knew or believed to be untrue.

Allegation 2
Between 06 March 2021 and 07 March 2021, PC 1191 Sarah Henderson acted in a manner likely to bring discredit on the police service in that she sent three anonymous emails to a member of the public with the intention of causing harassment, alarm or distress.

Allegation 3
On 07 March 2021, PC 1191 Sarah Henderson acted dishonestly and in a manner likely to bring discredit on the police service in that she informed colleagues that she had not sent the emails that are the subject of Allegation 1 and 2.

PC 5505 Joseph Myers     –     West Yorkshire Police,

On 20th November 2021, PC Myers, whilst off duty, visited his partner in Durham. Whilst in Durham he attended a social gathering connected to Durham University.

During the evening, PC Myers engaged in abusive and aggressive behaviour to other individuals attending the said gathering and as a result of his behaviour the police were called where PC Myers was arrested.

On 2nd December 2021, PC Myers was issued with an adult caution for the offences of:

a) Common assault by beating
b) Common assault by beating
c) Common assault of an emergency worker

Finding made under the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020 – that former PC Andrew Goff submitted
false overtime claims on six occasions between September 2020 and January 2021.

PS James Watson     –     Metropolitan Police Service,

It is alleged that on the 21 September 2018 whilst on plain clothes duty alone, PS Watson became engaged in a foot pursuit that resulted in him calling for assistance. PS Watson was wearing his body worn video which recorded the pursuit. PS Watson completed a statement in relation to the incident and made no mention of any body worn video, in a conversation with another police sergeant, PS Watson said there was no body worn video of the incident and in a conversation with a police constable asked ‘How do I get rid of body worn video’.

It is further alleged on the 28 June 2021, PS Watson contacted another police constable and asked them to provide false evidence in misconduct proceedings relating to the incident that had taken place on the 21 September 2018.

It is alleged that in acting in this way PS James Watson breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of Honesty and Integrity, Duties and Responsibilities and Discreditable Conduct.

The hearing is in connection with an incident on 7 October 2020 when PC Brandish and PC Jones were on duty together.

When they were returning to the police station, they stopped at Redbridge Park and Ride, where PC Brandish’s car was parked, to move it closer to the station due to the bad weather.

However, as they were leaving the car park PC Brandish’s car and the marked police car, driven by PC Jones, were involved in a collision, causing damage to the police car.

Once back at the police station it is alleged that PC Jones told their Sergeant that he had been involved in a collision with a deer in order to explain the damage to the police car.

Furthermore, the former officer followed a fellow female student officer home after work, causing her harm, anxiety, and distress.
