PC 5602 Alan Dudzinki     –     West Yorkshire Police,

On 1st March 2022, PC Dudzinski attended Leeds Magistrates Court and entered a guilty plea to three charges of making an indecent photograph of a child and one charge of possessing an extreme pornographic image. He received an 8-month sentence, suspended for 2 years.

PC Kieron Sutton     –     Metropolitan Police Service,

It is alleged that on 23 July 2020 PC Sutton made repeated phone calls and sent numerous text messages to a female colleague whilst she was on duty.

Despite the colleague messaging PC Sutton and asking him to desist, the calls and messages continued into the early hours of the following day. The messages were calculated to make the colleague believe that PC Sutton was going to harm himself. They made her feel overwhelmed and upset.

It is alleged that the former officer took part in Officer Safety Training at Upper Heyford. The officer was placed in a team of three other officers for a training exercise.

During one of the training exercises, it is alleged that the officer used racially offensive language in the presence of colleagues.

Knowingly made a false statement saying that he had seen a witness;
Knowingly made a false statement regarding contact with his supervisors about the relaxation of the requirement for a face to face meeting with the subject of a Community Resolution due to the Covid-19 pandemic;
Failed to follow Force Policy in that he issued a Community Resolution to a member of the public without making contact with him as was required;
Failed to follow Force Policy in that he failed to document his rationale for issuing a Community Resolution
Knowingly made a misleading statement suggesting he had face to face contact with the subject of the community resolution.

Special Constable (SC) Misbah Ishaq Mani     –     Metropolitan Police Service,

On diverse days between 26 September 2021 and 14 October, 2021 former SC Mani traveled on the South Western Railway without paying the fare. On each occasion former SC Mani made the said journeys, she produced her warrant card at the ticket barrier, intending the train officials to believe that she did not need to pay the fare. Former SC Mani had been issued with a Met Police Oyster card permitting her to travel without payment on all TFL-controlled services. It was not valid on any national rail service other than those operated by London Overground.
