As a result of the collision, Mr Wakefield sustained fatal injuries. It is alleged that PC Foy’s decision to drive an unmarked police vehicle whilst exceeding the speed limit in a residential area without displaying emergency warning equipment amounts to discreditable conduct and is a breach of the Standards of Professional Behavior

Constable 17573 Lockett will answer allegations that his conduct amounts to a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour for Discreditable Conduct and Challenging and Reporting Improper Conduct as it is alleged that on 14th April 2016 he stood by and failed to challenge PC Jackson’s mistreatment a detainee contrary to the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2012.
