It is alleged that whilst on a social event with colleagues from Essex Police College on the 18th September into the early hours of the 19th September in Chelmsford Town PC Henderson was escorted out of a venue for being too intoxicated. It is further alleged that once outside of this venue PC Henderson walked up behind his colleague, touched her bottom and pressed himself up against her in an unwelcome, repeated and sexualised manner.

Between April and July 2019, while in the course of his duties, PC Adnan Arib came into contact with two vulnerable females. After obtaining their mobile phone numbers, he contacted them and attempted to pursue an improper relationship with them, on one occasion meeting one of the females in a park while he was off duty.

On 16 February 2022 at Southwark Crown Court, PC Arib was convicted of two counts of Misconduct in Public Office.

On 3 March 2022 at Southwark Crown Court he was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment.

It is alleged that between January and April 2020 PC Khunkhun failed to fully investigate several allegations of domestic abuse reported by a female victim or to instigate suitable safeguarding measures to assist in protecting the female victim. The female subsequently died in an arson attack on her home in April 2020, perpetrated by her husband.
