The officer failed to record on police systems information about or relevant to suspected victims and perpetrators of Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham that had been passed to the officer between 2009 and 2012
The officer failed to record and/or appropriately act upon information about an RMBC youth worker potentially involved in Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham, passed to you on or about 21st August 2009
The officer failed to record and/or appropriately act upon notification of child concern identifying two young sisters potentially at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham. The concern was communicated to Rotherham District Public Protection Unit (PPU) and/or notified to the Rotherham district PPU as a “referral” on or about 27th July 2009

It is alleged that whilst off duty PC Chadbond assaulted a member of the public. It is further alleged that the officer then sought to influence the ensuing police response.

Former PC Luke Doyle     –     Thames Valley Police,

on Saturday 26 June 2021, former PC Doyle became confrontational towards a woman while off duty, kicking a car and using abusive language.

Former PC Doyle subsequently called Thames Valley Police just after midnight on 27 June reporting that he had committed a common assault.

Officers were deployed to the address, and during the course of former PC Doyle’s interaction with officers and police staff, it is alleged that he became verbally abusive to them.

It is further alleged that on 6 July 2021, former PC Doyle again was verbally abusive towards officers.

Allegation I

Whilst carrying out supervisory duties, the Officer behaved towards a colleague in a manner that was aggressive, intimidating and overbearing, causing the colleague to feel physically threatened.

Allegation II

Whilst carrying out supervisory duties, the Officer made comments towards a black colleague that were offensive and upsetting. It is alleged that the comments made were discriminatory in nature.

It is therefore alleged that the Officer’s behaviour breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in terms of:

Authority, Respect and Courtesy, Equality and diversity, and Discreditable Conduct.

In the presence of colleagues, the Officer made remarks that were racist and discriminatory in nature.

Allegation III
Whilst employed by Wiltshire Police as a Police & Community Support Officer, the Officer stated to a colleague that, if necessary, he would be prepared to ‘play the race card’.

  3. His inaccurate reporting of the incident created the impression that police officers and members of the public were at greater level of harm that they were.
