Former PC Pearson who was based at Chichester, faces the following allegations under the Police (Conduct) Regulations 2020:
1) It is alleged that former PC Pearson, who was based at Chichester, spoke to a detained female in a derogatory and threatening manner, showing a lack of tolerance and respect.
2) He used excess force to push her head down.
3) He spoke to colleagues about the female in a discriminatory way about her mental health and looks, making lewd and abusive comments about her.
