It is alleged that:
1. On 25 October 2022, he attended student officer training at Carr Gate Training Complex, Wakefield.
2. At the end of the day, he went into the changing rooms. Whilst in the changing rooms, he told colleagues that you had ‘nicknames’ for them.
3. He proceeded to tell colleagues their nicknames.
4. He called or referred to PC B as an ‘immigrant’.
5. When challenged by another colleague, he stated that he (PC B) was an ‘immigrant’.
