An IOPC investigation has been launched following the death of a 50yr old man who was held in a custody suite in Middlesbrough. The detained man become unwell shortly after his arrival in custody. At 12.35pm an ambulance was called and in spite of the best efforts of staff and paramedics. The man died in custody.
