Circumstances of Alleged Breaches

Being a member of the Metropolitan Police Service, and being aware that he was required not to withhold information or make any false, misleading or inaccurate statements on a Vetting Form, it is alleged that on the 31 December 2020 PS Glenn Nash P205592 submitted a completed Vetting Form in which he omitted to disclose the following information:

that he had been investigated by Essex Police in relation to an allegation of sexual assault on 2 February 2020;
that he was currently subject to a final written warning for 18 months, which was due to expire on 22 June 2021;
that he had been subject to Management Action, Management Advice, Words of Advice, Local Resolution and Reflective Practice on six previous occasions.
