Circumstances of Alleged Breaches
He failed to act with honesty or integrity on or around November 6, 2020 when he knew or believed that a person had made allegations of criminal conduct by him, by concealing his phone communications from the investigation team by obtaining an alternative phone and producing it when asked to provide his phone.
On or around November 13, 2020 he failed to act with honesty or integrity in respect of his handset when he deleted content from that phone handset before surrendering it to a Detective Constable.
On or around December 2, 2020 he failed to act with honesty or integrity by hiding the handset in a wall void behind a book case when he knew that police officers were searching for the phone after he had refused to hand it to them upon being arrested.
Between November 6, 2020 and December 2, 2020 he failed to act with honesty or integrity by instigating and/or maintaining contact with a person in breach of his police bail conditions directly and/or through a third party, as well as meeting with them at his residence.
On or around August 24, 2021 he failed to treat a Detective Sergeant with respect or courtesy, and unfairly discriminated against them as a result of his perception of their sexual orientation.
