On 3 February 2020, PC Pearce is alleged to have shared a post on social media that could reasonably be perceived to be offensive and discriminatory.

On 31 July 2020, PC Pearce is alleged to have shared a second post on social media that could reasonably be perceived to be offensive and discriminatory.

PC Pearce is further alleged to have been threatening and hostile to another that complained about the comments being offensive.
