Circumstances of Alleged Breaches

It is alleged that on 17 April 2021 both officers attended reports of large numbers of youths causing disorder, possibly armed with knives at a public location in North London.

A 14 year old male at the location spat at the officers and ran from them. The officers detained and arrested the male a short distance away, using force to do so.

It is alleged that in doing so the following Standards of Professional Behaviour have been breached:
