Circumstances of Alleged Breaches
The officer is alleged to have informed her supervisor
that she had notified her insurer of modifications to
her vehicle when this was not true.
The officer is alleged to have spoken further to her
supervisor regarding the modifications to her vehicle
and showed her supervisor her mobile telephone
which displayed information from her insurer which
appeared to confirm her earlier verbal account that
her insurer was aware of the modifications to her
vehicle. It is alleged the officer was seeking to
further mislead her supervisor as she failed to inform
him that during the previous 20 minutes and only after
her first conversation with him, had she updated her
The officer is alleged to have sent her supervisor a
screenshot of her insurance policy confirming that her
insurers were aware of the modifications to her
vehicle. It is alleged the officer failed to make known
to her supervisor that she had only updated or
amended her policy that morning and not months
before as her supervisor believed the position to be
following his previous conversations with the officer.
The officer is alleged to have again informed her
supervisor that the vehicle was correctly insured and
denied that she had only updated her insurers with

the information regarding the modifications after she
had received a query from an Inspector. It is alleged
the officer lied.
It is alleged that the officer assured her supervisor
that an email he had prepared was factually correct
concerning the content of the earlier conversation
between them. The contents of the email were false
and inaccurate. It is alleged the officer lied to her
supervisor when she verbally confirmed to him that
the contents of the email were true and accurate.
