Circumstances of Alleged Breaches

It is alleged that between 2019 and 2021 SPC Parsons harassed and abused his neighbours, using racial slurs and conducting himself in an intimidatory manner towards them. He threatened to arrest persons attending the neighbours’ address without establishing reasonable grounds for such and wrongly arrested a visitor to the address in January 2021 without reasonable grounds, assaulting her in the course of doing so.
