Circumstances of Alleged Breaches

On 9 November 2021 at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court, SPC Ahmed was convicted of:

  • four counts of assault by beating, contrary to Section 39, Criminal Justice Act 1988; and
  • one count of common assault/assault on an emergency worker, contrary to Section 1, Assaults on Emergency Workers (offences) Act 2018

The particulars being that on 22 May 2021 SPC Ahmed became intoxicated at a party and assaulted four individuals by either hitting them, biting them or by placing her hands around their throats.

On police arrival she assaulted one of the officers as he spoke with her.
