Circumstances of Alleged Breaches

On 13 August 2021 DC Ryan was in Nottingham whilst off duty on an evening out with others.

Between approximately 23:40 on 13 August 2021 and 00:50 on 14 August 2021 DC Ryan was involved in an incident with door staff and consequently uniformed police officers attended.

Following the arrival of the police, DC Ryan was abusive towards the officers by repeatedly using foul language and obstructed the police van when it was ready to depart.

Following the departure of the police van DC Ryan struck the window of a storefront twice, causing the window to break.

On 14 August 2021 DC Ryan accepted a conditional caution in respect of damaging the window. In doing so, she admitted criminal damage; a criminal offence.
