Misconduct hearing – Thursday 7th September

South Wales Police will hold a misconduct hearing commencing at 10am on Thursday 7th September.

The officer subject of this hearing is alleged to have breached the following Standards of Professional Behaviour –

Discreditable Conduct;

Authority, Respect and Courtesy;

Orders and Instructions;

Honesty and Integrity.

The allegations will be heard by a panel consisting of a Legally Qualified Chair, Police Superintendent and an independent member.

The Legally Qualified Chair has considered representations and made an order that the name of the officer and any other matter that may identify the officer are to be anonymised/excluded.

Withholding this information from the public and/or the press is subject to continuous review during the hearing in the light of any changes in circumstances, and to review at the conclusion of the hearing.
