It is alleged that the officer concerned:

Between December 2021 and July 2023

failed to maintain an appropriate professional boundary with junior female colleagues and/or behaved in an inappropriately familiar manner;
behaved in an inappropriate manner towards female members of the public;
made inappropriately sexual and/ or personal comments to junior female colleagues about those colleagues and/or members of the public;
touched junior female colleagues in a way which was unwanted and/or inappropriately personal.

It was alleged that the officer concerned:

Breached the standards of professional behaviour between May and September 2022 in respect of their comments and/or treatment of female colleagues.

Constable A behaved in an inappropriately personal manner and made sexual comments to Witness B which made her feel uncomfortable.
Constable A behaved in an inappropriately personal manner and made sexual comments to Witness C which made her feel uncomfortable.
Constable A behaved inappropriately by sleeping whilst on duty and on patrol with Witness D.
Constable A behaved in an inappropriately personal manner and made sexual comments to Witness D which made her feel uncomfortable.
