In November 2020, PC A made allegations of a sexual nature, concerning the conduct and behavior of a senior officer.
It is alleged that in making these allegations PC A wilfully stated something which they knew to be false and did not believe to be true.
PS Hussey authorized a strip search which did not comply with code C of PACE Office A is accused of using excessive force striking the detainee 6 times and subjecting the detainee to disrespectful, discourteous, and degrading treatment throughout the interaction,
