M999ID-80571( Devon and Cornwall)Hearing Date Undisclosed)

It is alleged that on the 11th March 2017 an officer travelled to Exeter Airport in a police vehicle without a legitimate policing purpose. It is further alleged that the officer caused a colleague on duty at the time to conduct an ANPR check without a policing purpose.

M999ID-80186(Hearing Date 4th March)(D&C)

Between September 2019 and July 2020 made false reports of Stalking and/or Harassment knowing those reports to be false and untrue. This led to significant resources and police time being wasted investigating crimes that were false.

Further the former officer having made those false reports took action to frustrate the investigations of officers investigating on her behalf, by removing evidence from a property store in a police station and not disclosing its whereabouts to investigators, knowing full well it was being looked for.

The officer knew that those who were falsely accused of these crimes would cause suspicion to fall upon them from the police, cause them distress and alarm inconvenience embarrassment and ultimately loss of liberty.

It is also said by the AA that the former officer falsely claimed that she had suffered an infant bereavement that she knew was false.

The former officer made an unauthorised PNC check on a vehicle with no legitimate policing purpose in mind.
