It is alleged that serving Police Officer A has on the 28th of April 2023 sent a number of messages to another’s mobile phone. These messages have been described as racist, sexist and of an offensive nature.

Inspector A stated that in 2018, whilst working in Greyfriars Police Station, he and a female colleague went to the top floor of the Police Station, which was non-operational at the time. He was in a relationship with the female. They went into a room, locked the door, and engaged in sexual intercourse. He confirmed that they were both on duty at the time.
